Billing Instruction

Payments to be made 
Our invoices are payable to Transinne, 
In euros, in cash, without discount
Any payment not agreed on the agreed date will automatically be charged interest at 8% per annum from the due date.
In addition to interest, the invoice amount will be increased by 15% with a minimum of 50€.
These interests and this increase will apply automatically and without prior formal notice. 
Complaints
Complaints are only accepted if they are submitted within eight days of the date of the complaint. 
Issuance of our invoices
Jurisdiction 
Any disputes relating to our invoices are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Neufchâteau.
